In 1998 the website ebay, that is known for buying and selling stuff online, looked different online. In 1998 the tabs that you could explore to see something related to what you are looking for was on the left hand side. Today's ebay website has the tabs at the top of the page. the tabs were also different back in 1998. 1998's ebay had tabs from Antiques to Coins& Stamp to Toys&Beanies. Ebay today has tabs from Motors to Collectibles& Art to Deals& Gifts. The code source for Ebay"s website was also different. Ebay's code source in 1998 used a lot of <script type= while Ebay's code source now has the word ebay spelled out in source code. Wikipedia also looked somewhat different in 2001. In 2001 Wikipedia's logo was different then what it is today. In 2001 it was just a circle with words in it. The logo today for Wikipedia has more of a 3-D shape. Wikipedia in 2001 had 3,000 pages and wanted to get to 100,000. Today Wikip...

Animation During the animation rotation I worked on making our product. To make this I used Google Sketch up. Making our product was really easy. I started off first with making a drink; all I did was take the circle tool to make a circle. After, I was done making the circle I used the offset tool to make a smaller circle inside the large circle. Once that was done, I extended both circles to make it look like a cup. The smaller circle I made it a red color so it looked like fruit punch was in the cup. Since our product’s colors are red and blue I made the outside of the cup a dark blue color to make it correspond with our colors. Next, I made a straw for the cup. To make the straw all I did was take the hexagon shape tool and made the shape. I then made it extend off the ground so it looked 3-D. In e-Communication for our final project we were put together in teams to come up with a product. After you came up with the product we had to make a logo, a website, an animation, and a commercial all for the product. My group had come up with FaZe Fit Food. FaZe Fit Food includes a FaZe Berry Energy drink and FaZe Fit Food Granola bar. The FaZe Fit Food Package is made for anyone who wants to get in shape or need energy to stay fit. In e-Communication for our final project we were put together in teams to come up with a product.       Today in e-Comm we had to work together as a team to build different Lego structures. The stuff that we had to build was a rocket ship, a robot, an alligator/dinosaur, and then we had to build a boat. For the rocket ship we had strips of paper with the instructions on it, we could talk to each other and help each other out. The rocket ship was the easiest out of the four structures that we had to build. When we got the robot we had to have one person look at the picture and talk to the other team members on what to do and what pieces go where. Only one person could look at the picture of the robot. For the alligator/dinosaur we couldn't talk at all and we had to have one-person point to where the pieces go. My group didn't get to finish making the alligator/dinosaur but I would have to say that was the hardest one out of them all. Our last Lego structure was the boat.         In e-Communication we just finished doing a website project. For this website project we used a software called Adobe Dreamweaver CS6. Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 helps you build your own website. To make this project we had to follow some videos that another e-Communication teacher did. This project was fun to do but it took along time and we had to stay focused a lot.         To make this website we had to work with Adobe Dreamweaver CS6. Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 lets you enter in videos and pictures. To put in a video you have to go to the source code mode to get it in the right place. Since we got our videos from youtube we had to embed the youtube video code into the dreamweaver source code view.         Our website was over a thing called RISK. Which means Reduce Invasive Species Kansas. The website had different pages. There was an Asian Carp page, a Zebra Mussel page, Africanized Bee page, Emerald Borer page, and a...

The project that we just completed was called house sketch up. For this project we had to find a house and use the software called SketchUp to make it look more animated. To make this project we used SketchUp and SketchUp can help you make different things but then at the end you can make your project animated. The House sketch up was fun to make. Some parts were hard because we had to make a lot of different details. We also had to make sure the house looked realistic. The House sketch up was really fun to do and SketchUp was also fun to use. SketchUp was also sometimes hard to use because if you messed up you could have just started all over again so it can be easier to work with.

This project was made in my Animation class. For this project we had to make kinda like a flip book but on the computer.       My story is over how a penguin name Lea is going to school for the first time and she is very nervous. Then later a polar bear named Max starts talking to Lea. While Lea and Max start talking they start to get to know each other more and in the end they become friends.     I had learned so many new things. For this project we had to use Keynote. Keynote helps you animate your projects and then you send them to a different program called imovie so then you can add sound effects and music to your story to give it more flavor. I have used imovie before during the video part of e-Communication. We had to use imovie to make the video run smoothly. I had fun  with this project and hope to do more animating with the keynote program later on.
