Senior Project Due Date 4/6

            Here’s my weekly update for my senior project! This week I started putting details on my house. I have added the little squares for the garage, the house numbers, on of the windows, and the lines that are on the top of my house. I am starting on the steps which I hope won’t take too long to do. After I get the steps done I have to work on putting the other windows in there. I hope to have all my windows and details done by next week on block day. After I get the whole house done I have to color it in so it can actually look like my house.             Some of the struggles that I have had this week is getting the house to either look exactly like my sketch or for the most part look like my sketch. Another struggle that I had was staying on task. I had one day where I wasn’t really working on my project and that has affected me a little because I’m behind on my schedule. Senior Project Due Date 3/30

Here is my weekly update on my senior project! This week I decided to change my idea once again which was probably a bad idea, but it’s okay! My new and final project that I am going to stick with is make an image of my house with programming. I have actually gotten a lot of work done this week with how my new project is going.                 This week I have accomplished creating a sketch up of what my house looks like on paper. I had to google my address and click on images to see what the outside of my house looks like. After I found a good image I started sketching. My sketch is finish and I need to scan it in to the computer, so it can be uploaded to my blog. After I got that done I started working in Khan Academy and started with the outline of my house. I have finished the outline and I have started on some of the  details.             I have stayed on task for the most part all week which has helped really well in making sure I am getting my work done. Senior Project Due Date 3 / 23

This week I decided to start over on my senior project because I wasn’t liking how it was turning out. I started over completely so I sketched a new picture and I need to scan it into the computer. I decided to switch over and use Khan Academy to create my senior project. So far what I have completed is the ground, the sky, one of the flowers, and the sidewalk leading up to the house. I also have started on the house. I have also added some clouds into the sky. What I want to do is try and get the clouds to move across the screen with the sun.               This time what I am going to have my project be is still an image, but this time it’s going to have some animations in there. The animations that I want is the smoke from the chimney to come out, I want the sun to move across the screen with the clouds. What I’m going to try to see if I can do is while the sun moves across the screen I am going to try to get the color of the sky to change with it, so it all goes together.
